TESLAQUILA LAW
LOW ALCOHOL WAY
We are no longer in the Prohibition era where it was prohibited to manufacture, transport, import and sell alcohol, there may be many reasons why, at a certain point in time, the consumption of alcohol is not appropriate.
This law, which was in force in the United States from 1919 to 1933, could have brought many breweries to their knees if they had not had the idea of readjusting their offer and offering alcohol-free beer.
Fortunately, these times of absolute austerity are over, but alcohol-free or low-alcohol beers are now coming to the fore.
In the early 2000s, a clear drop in alcohol consumption was observed and has been confirmed since then. As a result of this basic trend, a sensible range of products is now available.
WHY DON'T YOU TASTE IT?
A beer without alcohol (and without added sugars) contains 30 to 40% fewer calories than a beer with 5° alcohol. You should also know that the agave syrup used in the recipe for Teslaquila LAW is much lower in calories than honey or sugar and naturally contains iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium. It consists mainly of fructose and provides only three calories per gram. You should also be aware of the richness of a real beer in vitamins B, B2 and B6, as well as antioxidants.
So why should we deprive ourselves of its delicious flavour when the bottom fermentation process, which consists of brewing at low temperature so as not to extract too much sugar from the malts, makes it possible to significantly reduce the alcohol content.
Why should we have to add aromas to give taste to a beer without alcohol, often without flavour, when the quality of our ingredients and the know-how of our brewers allows us to elaborate a sublime LAW pale ale, but only 1.7°.
We, for our part, have preferred moderation to abstinence and are happy with our choice.
So, like us, take the Low Alcohol Way, and serenely enjoy your Teslaquila Law.
